I've always been an athlete, but running was just one of those things done for conditioning because I was compelled to do it :). My love for running (because I chose it) began in April of 2009 and I haven't stopped since!
New PRs in 2012 AND my first BQ in the St. George Marathon!! Planning to run Boston in 2014.

- On at 6:44 mm (8.9), Off at 8:36 mm (7.2)
- cool down to hit 10
- This is a solid speed workout on the TM...by the third set I'm toast!
