Most beautiful race I have run...right up there with Snow Canyon (which I love).
Wasn't the best prepared and couldn't holf my pace after the first half...so I'm not terribly excited with my time. But I had all kinds of fun and enjoyed the experience completely.

10.09 TM (MLR)
- Out and back on up Rose Canyon to Yellow fork and back
- uphill with the wind in my face ...then the crazy wind changed directions and blew up the canyon while i was going down. :0
- good run...downhill still not completely comfortable on my left foot/heel, but it is feeling better
