I've always been an athlete, but running was just one of those things done for conditioning because I was compelled to do it :). My love for running (because I chose it) began in April of 2009 and I haven't stopped since!
New PRs in 2012 AND my first BQ in the St. George Marathon!! Planning to run Boston in 2014.

Started at Harvest Hills Park after Scott's 5k this morning...ran to Camp Williams Road then to the Mountain View Corridor and then out to Emiline and back down Mirabella and home...then back out for a couple more. Scott had a 3 mile advantage on me having run his 21 minute 5k already plus his knee was bothering him some today resulting in a few walk breaks...so i went out for a bit more once i got home and got some water in me. Yes wore the racers today and they felt pretty good at an extended distance...PF didn't bother me at all...a few zingers toward the end, but nothing bad.

PM = 1.4 appx on the track with my girls :) they did 1 mile while I got in an extra 5 laps waiting for them to finish.
AM = 8.61 Total miles up Rose Canyon Rd.
- cut short...wanted to do 11, but ran out of time before meetings started
- felt pretty good...was a bit of a push...still not as comfortable as it was feeling back in February-March.
- Foot / PF felt pretty good through the whole run...sore in my achiles now i've been done for a while.
- plan for tomorrow is to ease back and do spin+core+4-5 miles
